"Q Horizontal Tail" twist back with NASA First Watch Worn on the moon inscription.
Case appears to have been gently polished in the past.
Original matte black "Medium S - Stepped Dial", with applied luminous hour indexes and printed white minutes indexes.
Chronograph minutes subdial at 3 o'clock, Chronograph hours subdial at 6 o'clock and running seconds subdial at 9 o'clock.
T-SWISS MADE-T inscription below 6 o'clock, in perfect condition.
Original black infill aluminum "Dot-Close-To-70 - Narrow C" bezel and insert.
Original white tone hands, "Flat seconds" hand with matching luminous infill.
Original Omega "Wide Ω" winding crown.
Original chronograph pushers.
Original hesalite plexi crystal with etched Ω logo.
