Original matte black dial with applied luminous hour indexes and printed white minutes indexes. Printed "Ω Omega Speedmaster Professional Mark II" below 12 o'clock, chronograph minutes subdial at 3 o'clock, Chronograph hours subdial at 6 o'clock and running seconds subdial at 9 o'clock.
T-SWISS MADE-T inscription below 6 o'clock, in perfect condition.
Original white tone hands, "Flat seconds" hand with matching luminous infill.
Original Omega "Wide Ω" winding crown.

Replacement glass with printed Base 500 calibrated Tachymeter scale.
