A rare and fine Omega Military Calatrava, reference CK 2179-5.
Stainless steel, notched twist back case, waterproof, 35mm diameter, downturned lugs.
Case appears to have been polished in the past.
Original tropical aged dial with applied luminous arabic numerals and black printed outer minutes/seconds scale, in very good condition.
Printed "Ω Omega" below 12 o'clock.
Original blued steel needle hands with luminous infill.
Original crown.
Replacement plexi crystal.
Omega Caliber Ω 30 T2 pc manual winding movement, unserviced and in good running order.
Brand New Leather band with steel buckle.
Accompanied by Omega "Extract from the Archives" confirming delivery of the watch to Switzerland, and manufactured on 16 October 1945.
